Man United fans will hate to know that Barcelona sent scouts to watch the Devils superstar duo vs Chelsea
Barcelona are enjoying an excellent season so far in La Liga and Champions League.
They lead the league table having won 10 out of 11 matches played so far, and are still to register a loss.
However, this impressive run won’t stop them from making moves in the next transfer windows.
The Sun are reporting that Manchester United’s duo Marcus Rashford and Eric Bailly were watched by Barca scouts in the Devils’ 1-0 defeat to Chelsea last weekend.
According to the report, the Catalans technical secretary Roberto Fernandez and chief scout Urbano Ortega were impressed with the duo, despite they lost the match.
Rashford started the match and even had a chance to score before Alvaro Morata’s header, but the Blues excellent midfield neutralised almost every attempt from Jose Mourinho’s side.
On the other hand, Bailly is also a target for Barca. The Ivory Coast defender hasn’t made much appearances this season for a combination of suspension and injury, but still is considered by Mourinho as his top center-back at Old Trafford.
Bailly was signed in 2016 from Villarreal, estabilishing himself as one of Premier League’s top defenders.
Chelsea’s Marcos Alonso is another option for the Blaugrana, with the Spaniard having played the full 90 minutes against United last weekend.
