REAL MADRID TEAM NEWS: INJURIES, SUSPENSIONS AND LINE-UP VS BARCELONA
Everything you need as Los Blancos take on the Blaugrana in a Clasico clash in the capital on Saturday
Real Madrid will look to revive their fagging title hopes by beating Barcelona in the Clasico at the Santiago Bermabeu on Saturday.
Zinedine Zidane's men are in fourth place after 16 rounds of matches, provisionally 11 points adrift of their fierce rivals, albeit with a game in hand due to their participation in the Club World Cup.
Los Blancos beat Gremio in Abu Dhabi to claim their fifth trophy of 2017, a club record, and will now look to get back on track in the Primera Division.
Here, Goal takes a look at everything you need to know ahead of the Clasico clash in La Liga on Saturday...
REAL MADRID INJURIES
Raphael Varane is back from a muscle problem and Gareth Bale is also available after making his injury return at the Club World Cup, so there are no fresh injury concerns for Real Madrid ahead of the Clasico.
Cristiano Ronaldo is fit despite missing training this week in the build-up to the game.
REAL MADRID SUSPENSIONS
Sergio Ramos was shown the red card in Real Madrid's 0-0 draw against Athletic Club at San Mames in early December and missed the 5-0 win against Sevilla prior to the Club World Cup, but he back for the Clasico.
REAL MADRID POTENTIAL STARTING LINE-UP
Probably for the very first time this season, Real Madrid go into a match without any major injuries as only Zidane's son Luca is sidelined ahead of the Clasico clash against Barcelona.
Gareth Bale is in line for a return to the starting line-up in attack, alongside Ronaldo and Karim Benzema in what would be a first start for the BBC all together this season.
In defence, Sergio Ramos will feature after missing the 5-0 win over Sevilla through suspension and Raphael Varane should start alongside him (as he did in the Club World Cup final win over Gremio) after recovering from injury.
BARCELONA TEAM NEWS
Barcelona are still without summer signing Ousmane Dembele, who is not ready to feature despite targeting an injury return against Real Madrid.
Defender Samuel Umtiti and striker Paco Alcacer are also sidelined, while Gerard Deulofeu has been left out of the squad after his injury.
Rafinha also fails to make the squad following a long spell out, while there is also no place for Arda Turan, who is set to leave the club in January.
TV COVERAGE & KICK-OFF TIME
Real Madrid versus Barcelona kicks off at 13:00 local time at the Santiago Bernabeu on Saturday and will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports Football and also on Sky Sports Mix from 11:30 GMT.
