Chelsea news: The truth Why Antonio Conte was sent off against Swansea Revealed?

ANTONIO CONTE was sent to the stands during Chelsea’s match against Swansea as he let his temper get the better of him, but why exactly did the officials take action?

The Chelsea boss is often a very animated character on the touchline.
While he can jump in joy when his team score or gee up the crowd after some good play from his side, he has also been known to be confrontational with managers and officials.
And the Italian coach took it one step too far after disagreeing with a decision from referee Neil Swarbrick moments before the end of the first half.
Conte was not happy about a decision to award Swansea a goal-kick when he deemed the ball to have deflected off Alfie Mawson before going behind.

He took out his frustration but shouting in fourth official Lee Mason’s face before Swarbrick came over to address the situation.
The referee then gave Conte his marching orders for his behaviour.
Conte initially went and took a set behind the his team’s dugout but Swarbrick ordered the Chelsea boss to go and sit above the press box.
It is the first time Conte has been sent off during his time in England but he did get in trouble during his time at Juventus.

Conte owned up to his mistake after the game and apologised to the officials.
“I just said [this time] that they are wasting time,” Conte said.
“A bit animated, I shouted this, and for this reason the fourth official lost his patience.
“The fault was mine, not the fourth official. I was frustrated.”
