Barcelona confirms that their star will not leave during January transfer window

Barcelona will not allow Javier Mascherano to leave during the January transfer window.

Barcelona media official, Josep Vives have denied that Javier Mascherano will leave during the winter, as he says the team will not be weaker.

He also said that Barcelona only will be strengthened.

“The general interest is on every player’s individual wishes”.

”As the president said, the club will not be weaker, but will be strengthened during the January”, said Vives.

Mascherano, most of the time has been in the bank reserve and he has asked to leave, to get a place in the Argentine national team for World Cup.
