Eden Hazard joined Chelsea in 2012 from Lille for a reported fee of 32million pounds.

And since then, he has been the Blues’ best player by far, not to say one of the best performers in the league almost every year.

And fans will be hoping he will be at his best when Chelsea travel to Anfield to face Liverpool in the Premier League.

Antonio Conte’s men defeated Qarabag in the Champions League on Wednesday and have had only two days to prepare for The Reds.

“The time between the two games is very short,” Hazard said. “We need to adapt and we didn’t adapt well against Manchester City, so we need to do better on Saturday.

“I want to be feeling good. A lot of players didn’t play, I played only 60 minutes and N’Golo (Kante) also came off so we can be fresh on Saturday, even if the game is close.”

The Belgian has scored six goals so far in seven matches after missing the start of the season due to injury.

“I am feeling good, 100 per cent,” Hazard added. “After an injury sometimes you are feeling not 100 per cent, but I am ready to play every game and of course when you are winning games it helps.

“Confidence is high, everything is in our hands to win games. We just want to keep playing like this and win games.”

However, let’s get back to his debut for the club in 2012. He introduced himself to the league in the best way possible.

Chelsea were playing against Wigan Athletic in the first day of the season, managing to secure a 2-0 victory, mostly thanks to Hazard.

He assisted for the opening goal, and was brought down for a penalty four minutes later.

He, deservely, was announced the Man of the Match.
