Here’s what Antonio Conte had to say after refusing to shake hands with Jose Mourinho

Antonio Conte’s Chelsea manged to secure an important victory 1-0 against Manchester United on Sunday.

Alvaro Morata scored the only goal of the match, and now the Blues have only one point less than the Red Devils.

However, one notable moment after the final whistle, was that the two managers didn’t shake hands.

Mourinho said after the match:’He disappeared. So I shook with his assistants which for me is basically the same.’

When asked about the snub, Conte said: ‘It’s not important. It’s important to win the game. ‘You have to have the respect on the pitch not outside the pitch.’
